Purchasing and Downloading ImagesBy clicking ?Order? you go to the order area, from which you place your order.In order to purchase one or several images or a CD-ROM/DVD, these items must be placed in the order area. This can be done by clicking on the shopping cart symbol from the search result, from the preview display, from a lightbox or from the CD/DVD area. In order to do so, the user must be registered. You can buy and receive single images immediately, and also order CD-ROMs/DVDs delivered by mail. Payment must be made by credit card or ? if accepted by picturemaxx ? by accounting or other. Upon successful payment, single images can be downloaded immediately, by Link or received by e-mail. Through a purchase it is never property in the image that is acquired, but only the right to use the image, the Standard Terms and Conditions being applicable. Placing Images in the Shopping Cart Selection of Formats, Usage etc. Purchase and Payment Download and Receiving Images My Account Placing Images in the Shopping CartIn order to place an image in the shopping cart, click on the shopping cart icon. This icon is found in the preview display, with the lightboxes, in the CD-ROM shop or in the order area.Selection of Formats, Usage etc.When you view a Royalty-Free image in the preview mode, you can see the fees for the available image sizes at a glance. Should you decide on an image, you can put it into the shopping cart. This is done by clicking on the shopping cart icon next to the desired image size.When you view a Rights-Managed image in the preview mode, you can choose usage, print run and size in order to calculate the price. Should you decide on an image you can put it into the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon next to the calculated price. Purchase and PaymentUnder the column ?Orders? you will find a list of the single items of your order, totals and sub-totals. If you wish to place an order, click on ?Continue?. You will then come to the payment area where you can pay by credit card.Enter your credit card number: credit card number ? without hyphens and symbols expiry date ? give month and year in two digits Then click on ?Pay?. Then you will be shown a summary of your data and be given the opportunity to print this summary. By clicking on ?Continue? payment is made and the download window appears, enabling you to receive your ordered images. Download and Receiving ImagesIf payment has been successful, you will reach the download window. There you select between receiving the ordered images by download link or by e-mail as a ZIP file. You have also the possibility of adjusting the recipient?s address for e-mail delivery. Furthermore you can download each single image directly as jpg by clicking on [Download].If you have decided on the download link, an e-mail will be sent to you containing this link. By clicking on it, a download window opens through which you can download the ZIP file with the ordered images. If you opt for the other possibility, the ZIP file will be sent to you in the e-mail. To unzip the file (xyz.zip) you need the appropriate (free) program (PC/Winzip, Mac/StuffIt Expander). Under the column ?My Account? you have at any time the possibility of having the images delivered to you. Mein Konto Hier finden Sie Ihre letzten Bestellungen in der Übersicht. By clicking on an order number, the corresponding individual items are shown. From there, you can have the confirmation e-mail with the images sent to you again.Additional options allow you to alter your personal data, such as address, phone number, etc. or to change your password. |
